TEGOTEX® CS 8080 is a quaternary silicone for hydrophilic textile finishing.
TEGOTEX® CS 8080 is recommended as substantive, very high performance softening agent with good rewetting properties for textile applications. TEGOTEX® CS 8080 provides excellent softness for non-woven and fabrics made of natural or man-made fibers. It is also recommended as a component for diverse preparations. TEGOTEX® CS 8080 is used in macro and micro-emulsions dependent on the co-emulsifier used. TEGOTEX® CS 8080 can be formulated with organic quaternaries, alkoxylates, polyether siloxanes and/or alkyl-polyether siloxanes.
